After the s'pore idol world aids day performance, i've woken up..

There are lots of people out there who dont have enough.. if you take us as comparison, you'll find that you are very lucky to have a stable home and country...
As tabby said, every child deserves to have a home, food to eat, medical treatment and most importantly, love...
Look around you and see how lucky you are, because for other children, they dont have half as much as we do, but are still happy with their lives...
We should learn to be more selfless, have the spirit to give... and be aware of all thats going on around you...
In the news, people appeal for medical and monetary help, but what is running through our minds? its "we need the money too..." and sometimes, it is true, but when do we realise that we are much luckier that others...if you put yourself into others' shoes, the people who have survived a natural disaster for instance, can u be compared with them?
Since those unfortunate children are happy with their lives, why shouldn't we? Why cant we stop moaning and groaning but appreciate..all that we already have...
Human nature is always present in everybody, but its the environment who forces someone to be seemingly heartless, cold and harsh...Why can't we take that mask down and look around you...see for the first time, what actually, is going on...
